My 90-minute workshops begin with a chat about why the topic interests you and what you want out of the workshop. This helps me tailor our time together to ensure you walk away with information and application ideas that fit your lifestyle.
Then we dive into the topic discussion and exercises, and end by identifying how to use what you’ve learned to cultivate the shifts you desire.

DISCOVER YOUR VALUES
Start here to take a deep dive into what is most important to you at this stage of life. If it's been more than a year since you identified your core values, it's time to take action, my friend!
In this workshop, you identify your top values, notice how you currently live in alignment with them, and where you can embrace them more fully. Leave with your next steps and begin to prioritize your Values to feel in sync with what means the most to you.
CREATE YOUR VISION
With your Values in hand, it's time to visualize how the pieces fit together so you can make the next years your best years!
Imagine what your life looks and feels like when you live fully in alignment with your Values. Write affirmations that reinforce your positive mindset, and design a vision board to help you manifest that dream into reality. This workshop follows nicely behind my Discover Your Values Workshop.
INTENTIONAL LIVING
Intentional Living is an opportunity to step back and consider how you want to show up in this season of life. Through guided prompts and conversation, clarify what deserves your time and energy, and what may be ready to change. Leave with clarity and a practical, realistic way to live with greater intention.
MINDFUL MAVEN
If you are challenged to slow down, experience ongoing stress, or feel like life is passing you by, it’s time to practice being fully present and engaged in the current moment. Mindfulness is a tool that elevates your overall well-being.
In this workshop, learn and practice several techniques that unlock the door to a calm mind, joyful heart, and a more mindful you. Leave with deepened self-awareness and less self-judgment to experience your beautiful life through a kinder and compassionate lens.
SELF-CARE FOR SERENITY
You’ve heard it a bazillion times - self-care isn’t selfish! But ‘once-in-a-while self-care’ is far different from a consistent daily practice. This workshop helps you define, find, and plan self-care into every day so you can find calm and foster self-love in your own special way.
During our 90 minutes together, you’ll understand how easy it can be to take care of YOU without stress or guilt. This is how you practice self-care that adds a sense of serenity to your life.
JOYFUL LIVING
This workshop invites you to connect with what brings lightness, meaning, and genuine enjoyment into your life. Learn how to notice and nurture joy in midlife and beyond, even during busy or challenging seasons. Walk away with practical insights and gentle actions that help you weave more joy into daily life.
HARMONIZE YOUR WELLNESS
Learn about the Eight Dimensions of Wellness and determine how you currently tend to each of them. Use your Values and Vision to identify ways to foster your well-being, and notice opportunities to give it a boost. INSPIRED JOURNALING
Writing is a proven way to connect more deeply with yourself. In this workshop, you explore several different journaling styles to reinvigorate your current practice or start anew. EMBRACE CHANGE
Change is inevitable. In midlife and beyond, it's all around AND inside you! This workshop helps you notice when you resist change and identify why change feels difficult. You'll also learn how to shift your mindset to more easily embrace change and which tools help you do it.
Walk away from the workshop with more self-understanding and strategies to cope with change in positive ways.
